20 years ago Ricardo Flores brought a new Mexican restaurant to Fresno, CA. The arrival of the new Mexican restaurant was known as fresh with a spunky menu. As time went by, and keeping a strict policy of serving top quality, authentic dishes that small restaurant steadily grew. Soon, this location was too small to serve the needs and moved to a full size restaurant on the other side of the shopping center.
Our delicious salsas are made fresh everyday to ensure the ultimate flavor. We invite you to come and try from our variety of dishes. Whether you tackle a plate of enchiladas or try our sizzling fajitas with homemade flour tortillas, our food will warm your heart and satisfy your palate.
